Atlantic Bridal Showcase Returns to Halifax January 15

Halifax, NS – January 3, 2011 – The Atlantic Grand Bridal Show will be held in Halifax on January 15th this year. The show attracts a large number of hotels and resorts and just about every other type of service you can imagine might be desired for someone planning a wedding. About 100 companies typically attend the show.
Floral designs, live music, distinctive table settings, unique invitations assist in the decisions needed to create the right atmosphere. You can expect a comfortable time looking over the various displays and enjoy hors d’oeuvres, food samples and wedding cake.
Of course, the latest fashion remains a top priority and presenting them has become an event in itself. Here’s a peek at last year’s show on the Youtube video below.
Myrna Peachey, Director and Corrina Alexander, Show Manager of Atlantic Wedding Showcase Grand Bridal Shows were the recipients of the 2011 Star Award for Bride Advertising and Marketing at the Bridal Show Producer International conference held at the Atlantis in Nassau, Bahamas in 2011. "It was like winning an Oscar" says Ms. Peachey.
Atlantic Wedding Showcase has held Bridal shows in Halifax since 2005. There were 18 exhibitors and 350 attending that first year. In 2011 there were 125 exhibitors and nearly 3000 attending. Shows have also been held in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.
