Town Heroes on tour and release music video for Slag Heaps

 

 

 

 

 

Halifax, NS – May 24, 2012 – The Town Heroes have released a music video. Slag Heaps is available below and a new EP is about to be released by the group as they maintain a steady tour over the next three months in Ontario and the East Coast. Mike Ryan and Bruce Gillis popular live shows have resulted in a showcase at Canadian Music Week and festivals in Germany and the UK. Confirmed shows include Charlottetown's Summerfest, Toronto's North by Northeast and St. Catharines's S.C.E.N.E. Music Festival this June.

The group was asked about the use of weapons in the video and said, “We had proper licences for all weapons in this video. As well, we each had 6 months training with a skilled Russian weapons expert to be able to handle them with care. Please do not try to recreate these stunts at home, they are very dangerous.”
