Steve Gates Working on Solo Project and Releases EP "Hello Jesus"

Halifax – October 30, 2011 – Steve Gates work with the Halifax based Caladonia has but his debut solo effort is already causing a stir. Steve has released the EP “Hello Jesus” a four song collection produced by John Critchley who has worked with Elliot Brood and Dan Mangan.
Steve plans a full album release in 2012, but the EP is now available for purchase in download.
One of the songs on the album is an old classic made familiar to most by Willie Nelson. Steve teamed up with Prince Edward Island’s Catherine MacLellan to record “You Were Always on My Mind.” The song is available from the Soundcloud file below.
