Free EP "At Long Creek" released by Paper Lions!

Charlottetown, PE – June 6, 2012 - Charlottetown's Paper Lions have released a new EP “At Long Creek.” The release will feature four brand new tracks along with two old favourites reinterpreted and stripped down, and will be available free through the band's website. "Hopefully this will satisfy your musical appetite while we prepare for the release of the full length."
Here’s a preview the new EP. We’re streaming “My Friend” on our Soundcloud file below. Great sound! Share it with your friends.
It's already been an eventful 2012 for the east coasters who hit a milestone 1 million views on their music video for "Travelling" in May, and continue to earn new hits daily from around the world. Paper Lions also added three new East Coast Music Award nominations to their previous 13 including "Song of The Year", "Songwriter of the Year" and "Fan's Choice Entertainer of The Year" for this year's celebration of East Coast music.
We caught up with John MacPhee and Colin Buchanan at the Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival so they could bring everyone up to date on things. Catch the video below.
It's no surprise that Paper Lions have become fan favourites over the years, and nothing proves that more than their fans helping them reach their $10,000 goal on a crowdfunding website used to help them record. A new full length album is in the works, but they are still working on putting together agreements to move the project forward.
