CMT Host Unveils More Talent for Country Music Festival in Cavendish

Charlottetown, PE March 22, 2012 - Cavendish, Prince Edward Island, Canada – Fans of the LOTTO MAX presents Cavendish Beach Music Festival took to their Facebook accounts to participate in a live interactive video chat with CMT personality Casey Clarke as he unveiled more artists for the event of the summer.
The newest additions to the star-studded lineup include the most recent American Idol sensation Lauren Alaina; CCMA Female Artist of the Year Jessie Farrell; country-rock crossover star Aaron Pritchett; son of legendary Willie Nelson, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real; sister duo One More Girl; Maritime favourites Rik Reese & Neon Highway; Canadian trio Hey Romeo; and a slot for upcoming ECMA Country Recording of the Year Winner.
Returning as the Festival host, CMT’s Casey Clarke will have his television crew in tow to document his experience. A fan favourite and a PEI fanatic himself, Clarke will bring national exposure to the festival and Prince Edward Island once again.
The announcement adds to the growing roster of world-class country music talent that will rock the stage in Cavendish this July 6-8. Previously announced performers for the 2012 event include headlining acts such as current chart-topper Dierks Bentley on Friday July 6th, country crossover legends ALABAMA on Saturday, July 7th, and world-class touring act Rascal Flatts on Sunday, July 8th. More acts are still to come as the complete Kitchen Stage talent is yet to be unveiled.
